Bruce has a long corporate career in marketing with General Mills, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and for the last 20 years, Procter & Gamble. His introduction to addiction began on a personal level a few years ago, with trying to help a close friend struggling with heroin navigate the fragmented and confusing network of treatment and recovery programs. His “wake up call” on a broader basis was learning that more Americans die every year from overdoses than traffic accidents. With Dayton being ground zero for this epidemic, it’s Bruce’s hope that Dayton can also become a leader in helping people successfully recover from drug addiction for life.
