Janice Lebrón

Janice is a Licensed Professional Counselor, has been practicing for over 15 years, and has owned and operated a counseling practice for over 13 years. About a year ago, she decided to make a career pivot to Human Resource Management-Organizational Development. Before graduating from her HRM Master’s Program, Janice began a Diversity & Inclusion internship at Mission Addiction (Fall, 2020). “I decided to stay with the mission because I appreciate what they do, and who they are. I definitely want to be a part of it! My clinical background tells me just how this program differs from the standard “one size fits all” that weeds clients out. Mission Addiction is truly client focused as it caters to the unique needs of each client whether you’re a Christian or not.  It’s comprehensive as it’s able to extend support to the individual, the couple, and the family unit. Mission Addiction can be experienced as a stand-alone program for all of the above – all under one roof! This is a game changer!”
